Schedule a Day at beginning of December with Coach, then let Phil (Photographer) and James (Blast)

Get picture package order forms and distribute them in advance.

A board volunteer should attend to help collect the order forms.

Pictures –

1. Varsity – Individual Shots, Senior Banner Shots, Team Shot with Coaches, Buddy Pictures
2. Junior Varsity – Individual Shots, Team Shot with Coach, Buddy Pictures
3. Frosh/Soph – Individual Shots, Team Shot with Coach, Buddy Pictures

Blast –

• Verify all players have downloaded and logged in to the app
• Blast will record video and set up the fundraiser
• Each player is required to add 20 contacts into blast by a deadline.
• Once the deadline is determined and contacts are all input the fundraiser will be launched
• Offer a buyout option for those that choose not to do the fundraiser.
